I am "Book"ed

The wand rose and pointing towards the skies, it burst out with lightning that filled the skies. Voldermort held the Elder wand in his hand, the strongest wand in the magic world. Blackness filled my eyes, Harry Potter and Deathly Hallows (Part I) - the movie had come to an end. Sigh, not now, not when the excitement has reached its peak, “Rubbish” I said to myself. The previous Harry Potter movies had a start and a happy ending. I always left the theatre with no interest to read the books. The movies till now had given me a holistic idea of what the story was. Having a very visual mind I am more inclined towards movies. Now, if I wanted to know what happens ahead in the story, I had to read the book. The suspense of what happens next haunted me.  I realized how this movie was very different from the previous one’s. This never before experienced ending has intrigued me to read the series. It took me two days but I finished reading the first of the series, “Bloody hell” in Ron’s voice would be the best way I can explain how I felt. I now understand why people say the movies are not so good. If you are going to omit few of the most interesting parts it is but obvious it won’t stand up to the reader’s expectation. I am glad I came on this side of the fun.

This Blog goes out to the director as a token of gratitude who managed to kindle in me the fun of reading books.
